Night World Screams

you are standing below a volcano. the lava drips down and comes close to touching you. you start up the volcano and by some unseen force, the lava turned away from you, giving you a wide berth. you are tired when you near the top, then you notice a glowing doorway in the side of the volcano. you walk closer to it and notice that the edges of the doorway were glowing with lava. you suck in a deep breath and walk through the doorway into a lava-lined tunnel. there is a soft light coming from the end of the tunnel. you walk towards it and finally emerge from the tunnel. you are in a large cavernous room that has lava running down the walls. but it is surprisingly cool in the volcano. in the middle of the room, there is a pool of lava. a woman with the horns of a ram is swimming in it. the Zodiac Aries.

you are standing before a great ring of birch trees, they are so closely planted that you cannot even see through the branches. there is an opening in the trees a little ways ahead and you walk towards it. you go through it and see that the ring of birch trees is a mile in diameter. there are animals grazing around in the ring, totally at peace. in the middle of the ring, there is a large man, he has a bulk of muscles and horns of the bull atop his head. he looks up at you and smiles. the Zodiac Taurus.

you are standning at the foot of a staircase of clouds leading up to a huge cloud platform. you start up the stairway and begin your long climb to the top. once you reach the top of the stairway and set foot on the platform, you see a palace. it is quite small and is built in the style of india. it is white and inlaid with gold. you walk into its' open doorway and see a large throne room before you. at the end of the room, two twin women are playing with air. the Zodiac Gemini.

you are standing on a sandy beach and the moon is glinting off the sand. making it look like millions of little diamonds. there is a doorway in the sand leading down under the beach. you walk into the shell-lined tunnel and come to a arched door embedded with carvings of crabs and lobsters. you push it open and see that you are underwater in a circular bubble-like room. there is a woman in the middle of the room with crab legs and claws entangled in her fiery red hair. she is the Zodiac Cancer

ocean waves lap up on the sandy beach infront of you. the moon is full and shines ivory over the water. you are confused, where is the shrine? then, suddenly, the water parts and a marble path to the ocean appears before you. you follow the path and the water forms a tunnel around you. after walking for some time, you come upon a small building. it is of greek design, with white pillars embedded with carvings of sea life and animals of the sky. there is a large doorway with a soft, light blue light coming from it, you walk to the doorway and step through into a medium sized room with vases full of water lining the walls at random intervals. you spot a woman at the end of the room conversing with a school of fish on the other side of the see-through wall. she is Aquarius.
